"Big portions... every time"
I stopped by Culver’s and honestly... the portions were way bigger than I expected. The fries were packed, the burger was really filling, and I left completely stuffed. Definitely felt like a good value.

"Hard to Trust the Cleanliness"
The tables were sticky, and the floors looked gross. It made me question how well the place is being cleaned overall, which definitely lowered my trust in eating there again.

I use culvers.com pretty much anytime I’m thinking about stopping by, just to see what the flavor of the day is. It’s usually right there, so I don’t have to guess or call the store or anything. I’ve checked it a bunch of times for my location and it’s always matched up, at least from what I’ve seen. Kind of a small thing, but when you’re craving custard and trying to decide if it’s worth the trip..

"Curbside pickup was kind of a mess"
I mean, I checked in for curbside and then just sat there for, like, almost 25 minutes, and nobody ever came out. Eventually I went inside to ask what was going on, and by then the food was cold. They also seemed kind of confused about my order, which was frustrating. So yeah, I don’t think I’ll be doing curbside pickup from this place again.

"Food was fine, but the service felt off"
The food was okay, but the staff seemed kind of annoyed when I was placing my order. No smile, felt rushed, and it just didn’t have that usual Culver’s friendly vibe. I even felt like if I mentioned it, nobody would really read the message or care.

I like Culver’s a lot, so I really wanted the app to be better, but it’s kind of annoying to use. It does the basics and I can place an order, but everything feels slower than it should. The menus take a while to load, and the whole thing just feels clunky when you’re trying to get in and out quickly. It’s not completely awful, but for a place I actually like, the app makes ordering feel more frustrating than it needs to be.

"Most of the time when I order from…"
Most of the time when I order from here, the food shows up fresh and still hot, which I always appreciate. The burgers have good flavor, and the fries are usually nice and crisp, not all floppy by the time they get to me. I was eating it at my kitchen counter last time while my dog stared at me like I owed him rent, and it hit the spot. There was one order where the bun was kind of soggy, which was a little disappointing, but it hasn’t been the norm. Overall, solid place. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Food was fine, but finding somewhere to sit..."
Food was fine, but finding somewhere to sit was kind of a hassle. Place was packed, and there weren’t many open seats, so ended up standing there with our tray for a bit. Empty tables hadn’t been cleaned either. Don’t mind waiting on food, but not having a spot to sit really takes away from the experience.

"Allergen info was confusing and the reminders were too much"
I was trying to check the allergy information before ordering, but it was hard to follow. It didn’t feel clear enough for me to trust it, so I ended up not ordering because I didn’t feel safe. On top of that, the reminders kept popping up way too aggressively, which just made the whole experience more annoying

"Easy pick when I want custard"
I usually just check the flavor board, see what sounds good, and go with it. The frozen custard options are solid most days, and I like that the flavors change often enough that it doesn’t feel boring. My only quick gripe is that my local spot could use a few more mix-in choices, but overall it’s a reliable treat.

"Decent food, but something felt off"
The food was okay, but something about the place just felt off. It was loud inside, the tables were really close together, and there was a lot of noise coming from the counter area. It also felt a bit messy, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing to sit and eat. I probably wouldn’t stay long next time unless it felt cleaner and calmer.

"Actually good for dietary restrictions"
I was pleasantly surprised. They had a decent amount of options for different food restrictions, and the staff was helpful enough to point me in the right direction. Nothing over the top, but it made eating there easy and I’d be comfortable going back.

"Still tasty, but getting a bit pricey"
I’ve always enjoyed the food here, everything tastes fresh and satisfying. That said, the prices do feel like they’ve gone up quite a bit lately, so it’s not as easy to justify going as often. Still, the food is good enough that I’ll probably keep coming back, just maybe less frequently

I use the Culver’s drive-thru often when I don’t feel like going inside, and overall it’s been a reliable experience for me. Even when the line looks long, it usually moves at a decent pace, ordering is straightforward, and the staff are generally friendly.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that dinner time can get a little slower sometimes. That said, my food is almost always hot and correct, so I still feel like I can trust them for a quick, easy meal.

"Got Everything Right"
Everything was spot on, even the extra sauce I asked for. It sounds small, but that stuff matters to me. If they started forgetting things like that, I’d probably take my orders somewhere else, but this time they nailed it.

"Menu feels a bit limited lately"
I still go to Culver's now and then and it’s usually decent, but the menu has been feeling kind of the same every time I stop in. It’s mostly burgers, fries, cheese curds, and heavier stuff. I kinda wish they had a few more lighter options or just something a little different to switch it up. Not bad, just gets repetetive

"Online ordering was such a headache"
I ordered online it was just frustrating. The order showed up late, late, and when it finally got here, it was all messed up. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for
